At The Treatment Room, we believe that self maintenance is so important for improving your condition in between treatments.
Your therapist can help ease aches/pains and reduce tension in your muscles, but if you don’t help yourself by looking after your in between treatments, you’ll end up spending more time going back into The Treatment Room, instead of being back in the action!
Try using a foam roller (different rollers are available for varying effects) and a trigger point ball (or Lacrosse Ball!) alongside the stretches and exercises we advise you to do at the end of treatments.
Tiger balm/sports rub is our go to recovery balm for keeping muscles warm and reduce aching, especially when easing tension headaches!
