Welcome to the Treatment Room Cardiff. This was our second location to be established back in 2018. We base ourselves out of a remarkable facility thanks to our partners at ACE Feet In Motion the number one podiatry clinic in Wales.
Parking
The clinic is located within our partners facility named ACE Feet In Motion on Sanatorium Road opposite Ysgol Gymraeg Treganna. We offer free onsite parking right outside the clinic. Please park in the visitor parking spaces available. Please keep your eyes peeled for our Treatment Room sign on the blue frame outside the ACE Feet In Motion building.

Matt gives the best sports massages! I could run painless after only one session with him. He explained why I had all my aches and pains and what I could continue to do, post massage, to prevent them reoccurring. Will be going monthly definitely. Thank you very much!
Matt is great! I have seen Matt a few times for pain in my back due to working posture. I’d been in agony for a couple weeks but after seeing Matt for one session the pain massively reduced. I will continue to see Matt regularly to keep on top of it and hopefully prevent further injuries. He is also very friendly and informative. Thank you!
I have been having issues with my Achilles on and off for the past 7 years, I had a consultation with Matthew Spicer and talked through my pain and issues regarding my Achilles. He then advised me an exercise program to follow to strengthen my tendon, it’s been just over a month and although it’s still very early stages I have already noticed a difference! Would highly recommend The Treatment Room, especially Matthew!

Had a painful stiff upper right back shoulder area. After a couple of weeks I decided it was not going away on its own so i booked in with Matt for a massage session.He was excellent and a couple of days after just one session, the pain and discomfort had all but gone. Two months later and all is still good.Would recommend Matt wholeheartedly to anyone that needs sports type massage for strains pains or similar such issues.
Matt has been fantastic at alleviating quite intense shoulder and neck pain that was affecting me daily. With the treatment and ongoing recommendations from Matt, the pain has reduced significantly and is certainly more manageable!Thank you!
Matt is excellent. He really listened and looked at my body to understand what was going on. I've seen a fair few therapists over the years due to my back problems and although i know it cant be cured Matt has given me the tools to manage my symptoms better than any of my previous attempts with other therapists.
Matt has been helping to alleviate a really bad pulled back muscle and neck pain. He has been fantastic and both have improved significantly. I highly recommend him and I will continue to see him regularly. Sue
