We are now offering Yoga Therapy within our new clinic at The Treatment Room Newport.
Our pracitioners Oriana Shepherd & Frea Miles will be starting a beginners Yoga course starting in the new year running for 5 weeks, then continuing once we pick up momentum.
Monday 18:30 – 19:30 (Beginner)
Monday 19:45 – 20:45 (Beginner)
Tuesday – 19:00 – 20:00 (Intermediate)
Thursday – 09:30 – 10:30 (Beginner)
