Back to another cold and windy morning down in Newport with the academy set up! Good all round performances and results for each of the 3 teams this morning, well done to all the lads for braving the cold and still putting in a top effort.

As always with this age group at this stage of the season, the growth spurts are causing some growing pains, so unfortunately rest is the main treatment for the next couple days and weeks.
