We’re delighted to announce another new sports partnership with one of Wales’ strongest men, Gavin ‘The bull’ Bilton!

Gav is a 29 year old Strong Man and semi pro Rugby player from Caerphilly, Wales. As a local semi professional rugby player, for Bridgend RFC and Newport RFC, Gav is well known across South Wales for his strength and power. Recently, converting to Strong Man events up and down the country, most notably coming 2nd in Wales and 9th in UK.

Last year, Gav started dedicating more of his training towards StrongMan competitions. Competing in the national championships, UK championships, and even the Team World Championships! And is now embarking on his journey to rise up the ranks, and turn a professional in the near future!! With the help of the Treatment Room we’re all confident he’ll he is sure to be a star of the future!

At The Treatment Room, we’ll be providing Gavin with Sports Massage, Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Podiatry, etc. in both Cardiff and Newport to help to achieve these goals!
