Another good weekend in our Southampton Sports Massage Clinic!

Lots of Myofascial Cupping as usual, this time with Sarisbury Athletic CC & Locks Heath Pumas RFC player Sam, who’s been struggling with anterior shoulder pain with referring neck tension I’m his last 3/4 rugby games.

A quick session of sports massage, trigger point therapy, and dry cupping techniques, instantly increases shoulder range of motion and relieved almost all of the painful symptoms felt prior to the session!
