A lovely warm day in Newport this morning, as the academy hosted AFC Bournemouth Development. A tactically well run and technically outstanding set of teams playing today!!

As always with this age group at this stage of the season, the growth spurts are causing some growing pains, so unfortunately rest, ice and mild stretching are the main treatment for the next couple days and weeks.
